◼️1979年製マングース・フレームが入荷しました。ガセット裏側に軽い錆が散見されますが、それ以外は傷も凹みもありません。オリジナルのグラフィックは経年変化ですこし褪色しているもののウエザー・チェックは発生しておらず。ニッケルのくすみ具合も含めてよい感じの個体です。

◾️1979 Mongoose frame is now in stock. There is some light rust on the back of the guset, but other than that there are no scratches or dents. The original graphics are slightly faded due to aging, but there is no weather check. It is an attractive individual, including the dullness of the nickel.

◾️Roger De Coster frames with a beautiful dull appearance have arrived. It’s a 1978 model, and there are some nut marks on the dropout part, some light rust on the back of the gusset, and some traces of the brake being installed on the brake bridge, but other than that, it’s in very good condition.

◼️友人が、なんとイタリアの出版社から依頼を受けて自転車（カンパニョーロ）本の著者になった。世界に名の響くマニアック・コレクターってことだ。なんかすごいなあ。本が届いたので拝見するとまごうことなき洋書なんだよね。ん〜、かっこいい。自分のことではないのになんだか誇らしい気持ちになるから不思議なものだ。雑誌などというものは浮世の泡みたいなものだけど、こうして書籍として残るってすごいことだよ。内容は「この自転車界の名門の知られざる部分解明ができる」そのような感じ。よい本である。利益指導型の日本の出版会では手が届かない領域の本ですね。そのようなマニアック・コンテンツをこうしてまとめ上げちゃうってなんだかやたらと羨ましいな。なんて思う きょうの眺め .

◾️A friend of mine became the author of a book on bicycles (Campagnolo) at the request of an Italian publisher. He is a maniac collector whose name resonates all over the world. That’s kind of amazing. When I received the book and looked at it, I realized that it was definitely a foreign book. Hmm, that’s cool. It’s strange because I feel so proud even though it’s not about me. Magazines are like bubbles in the floating world, but it’s amazing that they survive as books like this. The content is something like “You can uncover unknown parts of this prestigious name in the bicycle world.” It’s a good book. This is a book that is out of reach of profit-oriented Japanese publishing groups. I’m kind of envious that they’re able to put together such maniac content like this. Such is my view today.

◼️秋はみのりだね〜。なんてふわっと考えながら近所の麦畑を眺めていたら、耕作した方がいらして「今年2回目だ〜」という。あー！ もしかして（教科書で習った）二毛作！？ と聞き返すと、その通りだという。麦って年に二回採れるのね。50年くらい前に教科書で聞き覚えたことが目の前で結実する。それもまた実り（ダジャレです）。なんて思う きょうの眺め .

◾️Autumn is the season of fruitfulness. While I was thinking about this as I was looking at a nearby wheat field, the man who cultivated the wheat came to me and said, “This is my second harvest this year.” a! Double cropping (as I learned from the textbook)! ? When I asked him back, he said that was true. Wheat can be harvested twice a year. What I heard about in textbooks about 50 years ago is coming to fruition right before my eyes. It’s also fruitful, Such is my view today.
