◾️In Tokyo, I saw the first cumulonimbus cloud this summer. It’s good. I wonder if it will rain. Is it a thunderstorm? I’m really happy that summer feels like summer. Such is my view today.
◼️仕事前ってのが流行っていまして（笑）。今日も仕事前に奥多摩へ。晴れ。そして暑い。でも夏もそろそろ終わりなのね。なんて思える空気の匂い。夏は只中にいると鬱陶しいけれど、去り行く夏はなぜか寂しい。茂みでは昼間なのにコオロギが鳴いている。緩やかな風、遠い昨日。どうしてか「最近の自転車乗りは走らないよな」なんて思った。部品の性能ばかりが上がっていく。モワモワと雲が列をなす。木立でカケスがグエッーと鳴く。平和な青である。 そんな きょうの眺め .

◾️I went to Okutama before work today. sunny. and hot. But summer is almost over. What an air smell. It’s annoying to be in the middle of summer, but for some reason I feel lonely when it’s gone. Crickets are chirping in the bush even though it is daytime. Gentle wind, distant yesterday. For some reason, I thought, “Recent cyclists don’t run.” Only the performance of parts will improve. Mowamowa and clouds form a row. A jay croaks in the grove. A peaceful blue. Such is my view today.

◼️仕事終わりの明け方ちかく、息抜きで相模湾を眺めに走った。暗闇なので荒い画像だけれど、写真の真ん中奥の霞たなびく黒い影は富士山である。
静か。よい風が吹いている。そしてそろそろ蝉が鳴き出す時間だ。岸壁に座ってぼや〜っと夏の夜明けを眺めていると、どうも富士山の真ん中あたりに明滅する光がある。「ん？ 」はじめ見たときは光は中腹から下にあったが、蠢きながら逆S字を描き微量に微妙に上に這い上がっていく。じーっと眺める。……どうやらその光は富士山でのご来光を眺めるために登山する人が灯す灯りのようなのだ。光は時に明るく、ときに色を変えて明滅している。その光の線が黒い山を這い上がっていく。やがて光は頂上付近まで登りつめて動きを止める。そのとき思った「ああ、あれはやっぱり登山の人の懐中電灯（？）なのだ」と。すごいなあ、人パワー。光はやがて明るむ空に消えていった。みんなすごい達成感なのだろうなー。それにしても行列とは激しいなあ。そのように思った。さて、帰って店を開けるかな。そんな きょうの眺め .

◾️Nearing dawn after work, I ran to take a breather and see Sagami Bay. It’s dark, so the image is rough, but the black shadow in the middle of the photo is Mt. Fuji.
quiet. A nice breeze is blowing. And the inverted S in the middle of the shadow of Mt.Fuji is a lamp lit by people climbing Mt.Fuji. It goes on and on. Human presence is powerful to nature. I was watching it from the opposite shore. Such is my view today.
