◾️Tokyo is a clear crescent moon. And the moon and the stars are very close together. For some reason, when I was taking a walk along the riverbed, a stray cat was also looking at the moon. Such is my view today.

◾️Last night was all BMX (obviously), but tonight is a night of old road bikes. The front is French in the 1950s, the back is Italian in the 1960s, and there are famous bikes from the 70s and 80s outside the store. It’s strange.

◾️I secured the S410 racing chain for BMX made by YBN. Black color only. The engraving on the side is nice. Specs are 1/2, 1/8, 106 links new in box.
◼️久しぶりにマングースらしいマングースを組み上げました。ニッケル・フレームにモトマグ2。そしてアシュタブラというやつ。サドルはオーナーが中学の頃から大事にしていたデ・ローザ・ロードについていた座りなれたものを移植。フレームは’77ですが、フォークは「こっちが好き」というタンゲのTX-1200をインストールしています。
チェーン・リングはお嬢様からのプレゼントというスノーフレーク。TX-1200と相まって’77より少し新しい’79の風情を醸していますね。それがなかなかに愛らしい。この車両はこの後、サドルをメシンガーに変え、グリップをウイナーズ・サークルに変更する予定です。お嬢様の影響で興味を持ち始めたOLD SCHOOL BMXだけれど、いまでは「次は何をやろうかな」というくらい楽しんでいる。その感じが美しいお父さんなのでありました。笑
それにしても、マングースってやっぱりいいよなあ。これぞOLD SCHOOL BMXって感じがします。

◾️I secured a PRO-NECK Chain Ring. Colors include silver, gold and red. However, the silver in this photo is overwhelmingly cool. It feels like a mechanical gear, even though it has a rough metallic feel. NOS. The arrival is 42T to 44T, and the PCD is a specification that can be used for both 110 and 130.
◼️スズエのBMX用レーシング・ハブが入荷です。スペックはフロント100ミリ、リヤ110ミリで36穴のみ。色はシルバーの他にゴールドとレッドを用意いたしました。同型でシールド・ベアリングタイプも存在しますがこれはバラ玉タイプのやつですね。いずれも箱入りの新品。淘汰されることなく、ピストの世界で生き残ったブランドだけあって堅牢な造りが魅力です。
